and Project Delivery Approach
Our team has extensive experience delivering using Agile and waterfall methodologies but our preferred approach is hybrid. Most organisations need the structure, certainty, and comfort of waterfall so we wrap our Agile delivery approach in a waterfall governance framework. This gives the project delivery team the benefits of Agile (flexibility, collaboration, transparency) while providing senior stakeholders, PMOs and other stakeholders a clear representation of schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials.
