Resource augmentation is a flexible arrangement where Mojo Up provides temporary talent to supplement your workforce to meet specific skill or capacity requirements. Examples where resource augmentation might be useful include (but not limited to!):

The client commits to an amount of time in a year. A portion of the time is usually allocated each month to specific activities with a flexible amount that can be accrued and used as needed any time within the year.
