This fixed-price service is aimed at accelerating the implementation of a new and secure Windows 11 Managed Operating Environment implemented. At the end of this engagement you will have a desktop environment that is ready for internal testing and application publishing and control; which can be completed by your team or optionally as a separately scoped engagement with Mojo Up.

Items that are “Additional Scope OR Customer Responsibility” are things that we cannot standardise under a fixed-price arrangement because every customer is different. For one example: you could have 10 apps or 100 apps to be deployed. All of them might need to be packaged, or they might already be packaged. Some might be Windows store apps and others might not. Implementing application control for one or more of your applications could be quite difficult. All of these factors greatly influence the time and effort required to deliver the outcome. And get the insights you need to make data-driven decisions across your portfolio

DEPENDENCIES

To deliver the scope of works, Mojo Up requires:

General

  • Established M365 tenancy.
  • Ability to action or request external DNS changes to support Intune and Autopilot Enrolment Devices for testing.
  • Microsoft 365 E3, E5, or equivalent business plan licensing.

Discovery Phase

  • Privileged administration accounts with Entry ID Global Reader and Office Apps Administrator (optional).

Design and Implementation Phases

  • Standard user and test accounts.
  • Privileged administration accounts with either Entry ID Global Administrator (not common practice or recommended) or Intune Administrator + Microsoft Entry Joined Device Local Administrator + Office Apps Administrator (optional).
  • New Entra groups and device filters provisioned to support enrolment, policy and app assignments, so we can explicitly exclude existing users, profiles, policies, and apps from being impacted by the new MOE configuration.
  • Conditional access policies will either need to be modified to support the new MOE, or the new Entry ID groups will be applied as exclusions to existing policies with new policies scoped to the new Entry groups.
